Reporting a job or a user
If a job post looks fake, unsafe, or is asking you for money, use the Report button on the job itself — that sends it straight to our moderators. We review every reported job within 36 hours and remove it if it breaks our rules. If you cannot reach the post, email us and we will act on it.
A warning worth repeating
ProSiddhi is free for job seekers. Nobody at ProSiddhi will ever ask you to pay for a job, or ask you for your Aadhaar. If someone does, it is a scam. Please tell us.

To see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email us at the address above with the subject "Privacy request". See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
Grievance Officer
If you have a complaint about ProSiddhi (about a job post or a user, your personal information, or a payment), you can write to our Grievance Officer:

We reply to every complaint within 24 hours to confirm we have it, and we aim to resolve it within 7 days.
If you are not happy with our decision, you can appeal to the Government of India's Grievance Appellate Committee at gac.gov.in within 30 days.
